No. Adobe Express is a standalone web and mobile app, and the free plan costs $0 with 5 GB of storage. Premium adds 100 GB, 250 generative credits a month and 200M+ Adobe Stock assets for $9.99 a month.
Is Adobe Express Teams really $4.99?

Can a team share one Canva Pro account?
No. Canva Pro is sold for one person at $144 a year. A team that needs approvals, 100 brand kits and admin tools needs Business at $250 a year per person, with no seat minimum.
