Pricing questions buyers ask

Is Framer a replacement for Figma?

They overlap on design but aim at different jobs. Figma is built for interface design and handoff to developers, with Dev Mode and Code Connect. Framer designs and publishes a live website from one canvas, and can take pasted Figma layers as editable elements.

Can Figma publish a website?

Figma Sites lets you design and publish responsive sites from Figma, and is labeled beta on Figma's site. Figma staff say custom domains are available on paid plans and that you need a Full seat ($16 a month yearly) to edit and publish a site. Check figma.com for current terms before relying on it.

How many editors can a Framer site have?

Framer's Basic and Pro plans list 10 seats. The owner is free, extra editors are $20 a month and content editors are $10 a month on yearly billing. Free workspaces support collaboration with up to three editors, and Enterprise is quoted for larger teams.

What does a Framer site cost compared to a Figma seat?

On yearly billing a Framer Basic site is $10 a month and Pro is $30 a month, each with one free owner seat. A Figma Full seat is $16 a month yearly, so a solo designer who also publishes pays $10 on Framer Basic versus $16 on Figma. Paid monthly, Framer Basic is $15 and a Figma Full seat is $20.

What limits does Framer Basic have compared with Pro?

Basic includes 30 pages, 2 CMS collections, 1,000 CMS items, 50 GB of bandwidth and 1,000 AI credits a month. Pro raises this to 150 pages, 10 collections, 2,500 items, 100 GB and 3,000 credits, and adds redirects, staging and branching. Extra pages cost $20 per 100, up to 700.

Do I need a paid Framer plan if I only design?

No. Framer's free plan lets up to three editors collaborate and publish to a framer.website address, with 1,000 pages and 1 GB of bandwidth. A paid site plan is needed for a custom domain, higher limits, and more than three editors.

Which Figma plan do I need for Dev Mode and SSO?

Dev Mode starts on the Professional plan, and a Dev seat is $12 a month yearly ($15 monthly). SSO and centralized administration come with Organization, listed at $55 per Full seat yearly in the 2026 price guides we reviewed. Figma's own pricing page returned older numbers when we checked, so confirm there before buying.
